Had to get a new roof and as a first time homebuyer was a bit intimidated by the experience. I was put in touch with Diamond Ridge Roofing and not only did they do a fantastic job on my new roof but were extremely helpful throughout the claim process. The insurance process was not only explained to me clearly but also in a manner where I was able to make the best decision for myself, whether that be with them or someone else. His crew showed up earlier than on time and cleaned the place spotless after they were finished. Roofing details were explained and why certain options were done for our roof. Overall, they not only provided me with a new roof at a fair price, but all the knowledge I need going forward should I need to repeat the process.
